  • Does it cost extra to custom-label my wine?

    No. All prices include our standard custom labels at no additional charge.
    The use of the designer label range, does include though an additional $2 charge per bottle

  • Is there a minimum order for free custom labels or etched bottles?

    No - there is no minimum, but by ordering either 3+ or 6+ bottles (regardless of label design or wine type) entitles one for a further discounted rate as production and delivery cost savings may be passed on.

  • What can I do if my label or wine is wrong, or if my wine is delivered damaged?

    If your label is wrong we will express deliver the correct labelled wine for exchange.
    If the wrong wine is delivered wrong we will express deliver the correct labelled wine for exchange.
    If the wine bottle damaged, we will express deliver the correct labelled wine for exchange.

  • Do you guarantee your product?

    Yes, you must be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply call us to arrange for a pick-up and you will be supplied with a replacement, a credit or a refund. Please make sure you save the contents and bottles for pick-up.

  • Why did I get a different vintage?

    Due to inventory, if an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will substitute it with the next available vintage.

  • Where is your winery?

    We are affiliated with a number of wine companies owning/vineyards across South Australia. We prefer this model so we may offer variety, consistencies and quality.

  • How much does it cost to ship?

    Delivery within Sydney inner city is $5 and $10 outer Sydney

  • How long does delivery take?

    Delivery may take 3 – 5 business days

  • Where can you ship to?

    Windrose Wine is able to deliver within Sydney at the current time.

  • Why can't you ship to outer NSW and other states?

    It is our anticipation to grow our operation regionally within NSW and state by state. At the current stage though we can only offer our services within Sydney.

  • How can I pay for my wine?

    We accept all card payments via our website

  • I reset my password. Why isn't it working?

    If you've reset your password, you will receive an email with a complicated temporary password in it we suggest you copy & paste to ensure it is entered correctly. If you are continuing to have problems, please contact us.

  • How Many labels Designs can be saved on my account?

    You can save up to 30 labels in your account.

  • Does my label design expire on my account?

    Yes, the label will be expired within 3 months from the time you upload.
